Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor â Leicester â Â£40,000

My Client is a specialist subcontractor and leaders in the roofing industry now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be required to work across multiple projects valued up to Â£5 Million.

Key Responsibilities:

â¢ Managing final accounts

â¢ Pricing variations

â¢ Produce detailed valuations

â¢ Carry out site measurements

Skills & Experience:

â¢ Knowledge of pricing variations

â¢ Roofing knowledge (Advantage)

â¢ Commercially aware

â¢ Ability to manage valuation dates
