Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit, UK wide construction consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an ambitious QS team who enjoy delivering a range of different projects across sectors such as hospitality, student accommodation, residential, and leisure.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects (up to £90m) from inception to completion whilst also working closely with clients - developing new and existing relationships.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Ideally MRICS
Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Client facing experience
Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completionIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
