Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects
Contract Up to £500 per day Remote

We are currently supporting a growing contractor operating within the data centre and mission critical sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support major projects through the pre-construction phase.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing business delivering technically complex projects across the UK and Europe within one of the busiest sectors in construction.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide commercial support across early-stage works packages including:

Groundworks
Cladding / Building Envelope
Enabling Works
CSA Packages
Early Procurement & Pre-Construction ActivitiesYou will work closely with operational and commercial teams supporting procurement strategy, package tendering, cost planning and commercial management through the early stages of delivery.

Requirements

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

Contractor-side Quantity Surveying experience
Previous data centre or mission critical project exposure
Strong pre-construction commercial experience
Experience managing subcontractor procurement and package buyout
Strong understanding of fast-track project environments
Experience across civils, CSA, façade or M&E packages would be beneficial
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
