Quantity Surveyor - West London/ Middlesex

Our client is looking to add to their very experienced commercial team a Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Facades, Curtain Wallin g or Glazing experience this would be a strong advantage however not desired as this role will offer lots of learning and development.

With a turnover of almost £50 million Plus and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months our client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very high-end bespoke projects.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Manage with final accounts
  


• Pricing variations
  


• Producing BOQ’s
  


• Assessing sub-contractor works
  


• Procurement
  


• Processing invoices

Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:

• Construction project knowledge (Facades/ Glazing Advantageous)
  


• Knowledge and understanding of various packages
  


• Ability to ensure projects are profitable and on parr with budgets
  

On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits
