We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building positive relationships, working collaboratively and helping projects achieve successful commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

* Supporting the commercial management of highways and civil engineering projects

* Working closely with operational teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors

* Monitoring project costs, forecasts and financial performance

* Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts

* Identifying risks and supporting effective solutions

* Contributing to successful project delivery and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with others, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes, alongside:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience

* Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts

* Experience within civil engineering, highways or drainage projects

* Strong commercial and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

* Full UK driving licence
