Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor | Hybrid

Copius Group is seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to support major energy, infrastructure, industrial and data centre projects across Belgium and Europe.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of project costs and commercial performance, working closely with clients, project teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage budgets, valuations and cost reporting.

* Oversee subcontractor procurement and accounts.

* Assess variations, claims and commercial risks.

* Prepare forecasts and final accounts.

* Provide commercial support to project teams.

What We’re Looking For

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

* Relevant experience in engineering, data centres, MEP-heavy or large-scale construction projects

* Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills.

* Experience with cost control, variations and subcontractor management.

* Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
