Quantity Surveyor (or experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor)
– About the role:
Multiple award winning developer who are most proud of their culture and values; and who have an excellent pipeline of work. As Quantity Surveyor (or experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor), you will work as part of the Commercial team and responsible for 2 new build housing developments in the Bristol region and/or Wiltshire and Somerset.

– About you:
Have completed a degree in Quantity Surveying / a related degree (desirable not essential)
Preferably 3+ years’ experience working in the housing industry
Experience working for a regional or national housing developer
Be proficient with using Excel
Have effective organisation & time management skills
Have excellent negotiating skills
Methodical, conscientious, and organised, works to deliver high standards
Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
Articulate, clear and credible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on own initiative
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
Self–disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities
Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately
Team player, and supportive of colleagues
Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers
