Quantity Surveyor

An old school, Quantity Surveying consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking a professional and ambitious Quantity Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in St Albans, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit QS team of 10 who work on a mix bag of retail, distribution centres, hotels, mixed use residential and restaurants.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside one of the largest asset management companies; a smaller practice who work alongside giant clients.

A company with great longevity, a good atmosphere and supportive environment.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying related area
• MRICS or working towards
• pre & post contract knowledge
• Driving licence and car
• Hard-working and professional character
• Consultancy / PQS work history
