Are you a Junior Quantity Surveyor who wants to join a tight-knit team who are using contemporary approaches to transform period properties, who offer in house training to help you become a fully qualified quantity surveyor, performance bonuses and progression opportunities within the company?

The job will involve providing cost estimates and tender documents for period properties, managing budgets and working closely alongside with Project Managers to ensure cost effective solutions. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors and contributing to the customer led, forward thinking approach of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest for Architecture and proven experience in the construction industry. They will have proficient in negotiations, capable with relevant software's and most importantly have a desire to adapt to the training and develop their career within the industry.

THE ROLE

• Produce cost estimates and budgets for new projects
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Laise with clients and stakeholders while maintaining the direction of the company

THE PERSON

• Proven experience in the construction industry
• Keen interest in architecture and contemporary projects
• Lives in Farnham or easily commutable to
