We are excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a quality-focused residential developer based in Leicester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company recognised for its excellent internal learning and development opportunities, where you will be responsible for overseeing 2 live developments.

Requirements:
✅ 2+ years' experience as a QS working on new-build housing projects
✅ Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft packages
✅ COINS experience desirable but not essential
