The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with cost management and commercial control of groundworks projects * Prepare valuations, cost reports, and variations * Measure works completed and assess subcontractor payments * Support tendering and pricing activities * Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure * Liaise with site managers, clients, and suppliers * Assist with contract administration and monthly reporting Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (groundworks/civils experience preferred) * Good understanding of construction processes and commercial principles * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Good communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QS software packages Please note this will be an office based role (5 days) with regular visits to site.
