Office based: Leeds (Including Site visits across Yorkshire & surrounding areas)

Remuneration: £60,000neg + Company Car allowance

The role of Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Industrial Construction will involve:

* Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a varied range of commercial & industrial works, including new build, refurbishment and fit-out

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations

* Liaising with Site / Contract Managers to ensure each project is successfully running.

* Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope

* Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors

* Working on up to 6 projects at one time, varying in size from £40k to £2m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Industrial Construction with:

* Must have extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the commercial or/and industrial sector (open to candidates from varied backgrounds including; fit-out, design & build, building products, civils, drainage etc.)

* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Full UK driving license
