Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial construction, looking for autonomy and responsibility to lead in quantity surveying high-profile fit-out projects across Ireland, with a clear path to senior roles within two years?

In this role, you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing and negotiating contracts, preparing cost estimates, analysing drawings, and conducting site surveys and valuations. You'll visit sites regularly, collaborate with another Quantity Surveyor, and gain hands-on experience with the full fit-out process.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a commercial construction background who is seeking the challenge of managing contracts and valuations across multiple projects, along with clear opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

• Quantity surveying for fitout projects
• Negotiate costs and contracts, valuate and conduct surveys
• Travel to site and client meetings across Ireland
• Hybrid after probation
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours flexible for site visits)

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor or similar
• Commercial construction background
• Happy to travel to sites across Ireland and ROI
