The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Refurbishment will involve:

* Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a various commercial construction projects across primarily the public sector

* Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.

* Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.

* Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.

* Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.

* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

* Typical project sizes ranging between £700k - £3m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Refurbishment industry with:

* Must have Quantity Surveying experience in construction

* Experience within large scale public sector projects would be highly advantageous

* Would consider a more junior graduate or a trainee

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

* Confident and articulate
