The Role – Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for an experienced and team-minded Quantity Surveyor capable of running several fast-paced schemes valued between £1m–£5m. You’ll be working on refit and refurbishment projects in live environments, so understanding the constraints of existing buildings and how they affect delivery is key.

* Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction and fit-out

* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects

* Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
