Job Title: (Senior) Quantity Surveyor or Employers Agent / Project Manager

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £44,000 - £65,000 pa depending on experience

Job Type:Full-time / Part-time - Permanent

Working Hours: Minimum 30 per week

Oxbury is a professional practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, based in Chelmsford, recruiting for a number of experienced professionals to join our team to deliver a range of services including cost management and quantity surveying, employer's agent, and construction project management. We work with a wide range of private and public sector clients in the residential, industrial, commercial, education and leisure sectors, so our team enjoy a varied workload. We support our clients to build everything from carbon-neutral social housing through to self-build unique homes; from schools and leisure centres to prestige-brand manufacturing facilities. Our projects cover the East of England, London, Northern Home Counties and East Midlands so some travel will be required.

Our bright and modern office in Springfield, Chelmsford, is easily-accessible from major routes and has free on-site parking. You'll be joining a lively and friendly team who split their time between the office, site visits and home working.
