Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Facades will involve:

* Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS

* Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained

* Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.

* Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration

* Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities

* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery

* Facilitating the designs for projects that could range in value up to £30m

The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor – Facades with:

* Must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within building envelope

* Ideally have experience with facades and/or cladding

* Re clad experience would be high advantageous

* Ability to work well autonomously

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* High levels of attention to detail and organisation

* Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
