Quantity Surveyor - Facades

Location: Fully Remote – UK Wide
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 Depending on Experience

We are currently working with an established façade and cladding contractor who is looking to strengthen their commercial team with Quantity Surveyors at various levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for commercially minded individuals with experience in the façade and cladding sector who are looking for a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

The Role

*

Commercial management of façade and cladding packages from initial stages through to final account.

*

Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and payments.

*

Monitoring project costs, budgets and profitability.

*

Preparing and submitting applications for payment.

*

Identifying and managing commercial risks.

*

Working closely with project teams to ensure successful commercial delivery.

Requirements

*

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the façade, cladding or building envelope sector is essential.

*

Strong understanding of commercial processes and construction contracts.

*

Experience managing variations, valuations and final accounts.

*

Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

*

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
