An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure commercial team based in Exeter.
Working across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, you'll gain exposure to sectors including Highways, Rail, Water, Utilities and Major Infrastructure programmes. With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in the South West region, this is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive and flexible environment.
Projects vary significantly in scale, from nationally recognised programmes through to local authority and regional infrastructure schemes, providing excellent opportunities to broaden your experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the commercial management of infrastructure projects Cost planning, estimating and forecasting Contract administration under NEC contracts Managing change control and compensation events Supporting procurement and tendering activities Preparing valuations and financial reports Working closely with project teams and clients
Requirements
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects NEC contract experience (NEC3 or NEC4) Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Various travel requirements could be expected
