A fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, sustainably growing luxury refurb & fit-out contractor with a c.£30m turnover. Clear progression, high-spec projects, and a supportive commercial team.

Role Highlights:

• Take the commercial lead on a £5m high-end refurbishment
• Work across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial & retail sectors

• Be part of a stable contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work
• Competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000 + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Placing orders and managing procurement
• Issuing subcontracts and managing variations
• Producing and managing monthly CVRs
• Commercial management from pre-construction to final account
• Reporting and liaison with project teams and senior management
