Salary: £30,000- £40,000.

Location: Reading.

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, M&E on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including:

• Advise on services costs involved in building projects
• Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
• Advice on contract arrangements and conditions
• Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
• Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients

Skills and qualifications:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification (or equivalent)
• Clean UK driving licence

Salary: £30,000- £40,000.
