Quantity Surveyor (minimum 5 years experience)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the required standard. You will also play a critical role in advising on contractual matters, preparing tender documents, conducting site measurements, and offering cost-effective solutions to potential issues. Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets for projects.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building legislation and contract law.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using industry software and tools for measurement and cost management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
