The Role
You’ll take the lead on cost planning for complex projects.
Mostly pre-contract. High value. High impact.
You’ll guide clients through the numbers with clarity and confidence.
Expect to work across residential, education, heritage, and commercial.
You’ll report to Associate or Partner level and manage junior staff.
You’ll attend key meetings and present your work clearly.
Your job is to make sure the cost plan always adds up—and stacks up.

About You
You’re a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS).
You know your way around detailed cost plans.
You’ve led projects, not just supported them.
You’re confident in front of clients.
You’re precise with your numbers and clear in your language.
You want to grow in a firm that rewards trust and performance.

Package
£55,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.
