Reputable Rail Company is on an exciting journey – with ambitions to double in size within the next two years, we’re looking for a talented and personable Quantity Surveyor to come along for the ride.
Rooted in rail and expanding confidently into nuclear and a newly launched aviation division, we’re proud to work with a diverse client base and build long-term partnerships – including deep collaborations with top-tier contractors.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the commercial heart of our rail and infrastructure projects, from pre-implementation through to delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing NEC contracts (including Z clauses and various versions)
• Supporting the commercial administration of projects including platform works, depot maintenance, wall and embankment repairs, and culvert works
• Working closely with our project management teams to ensure strong commercial processes
• Accurate measurement of works, change capture, and management of sub-contractor accounts
• Collaborating with procurement teams and supporting fellow QS team members
• Attending project meetings and being the calm, capable commercial presence on-site
