Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction or property management, looking for an autonomous role to manage the commercial aspects of projects as well as manage costs, where you will be working closely with the Commercial Director and be offered company bonuses, car allowance and autonomy?

This company is a well-established construction firm who work on varied and exciting construction projects across a range of industries with projects working on but not limited to; newbuild sites, hospitals, listed buildings and industrial projects. Since their establishment nearly 40 years ago, they have been one of the fastest growing companies in the UK

In this role you will be involved with various core aspects of the business from supporting projects, cost management, risk assessment and management as well as working closely with senior members of the team throughout decision making processes from the office near Rhyl. You will be expected to be in the office from Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times based on a 41hr week.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction or property management background, looking for a stable role which will offer a range of bonuses and benefits.

• Undertake full Quantity Surveying duties
• Cost and procurement planning
• Monday to Friday, flexible start times within a 41-hour week
