Quantity Surveyor - retail

My client are a a dynamic and progressive Quantity Surveying practice, providing the full range of services within the fields of Construction Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration, they work with clients from all sectors of the property world and on a diverse range of projects.

They are looking to employ an experienced quantity surveyor with UK quantity surveying experience in a PQS office, ideally for a couple of years after graduating assisting on tasks such as preparing budget estimates, preparing tender documentation and valuing variations.

As the successful candidate your project experience should be with mid scale retail/ leisure – as projects are quite varied covering both new build and refurbishment so experience in these sectors would be preferable.
