You’ll be working at the forefront of decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects, delivering large-scale retrofit programmes across social housing portfolios. This is a commercially driven role where you will take full ownership of project performance, working across multiple schemes and ensuring delivery is both compliant and profitable. The Role • Manage all commercial aspects of retrofit and decarbonisation projects • Cost planning, forecasting and budget control • Procurement and subcontractor management • Valuations, variations and final accounts • Ensure compliance with PAS 2035, ECO4 and SHDF frameworks • Monitor financial performance and manage risk • Work closely with operational teams and clients • Provide accurate reporting and commercial insight What we’re looking for Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within retrofit, decarbonisation, planned works or social housing Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, ECO4, SHDF or similar frameworks Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts Commercially astute with strong cost control ability Strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong Excel and reporting skills Desirable • Experience with housing associations or local authorities • Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying • RICS or CIOB (or working towards) • Retrofit or energy efficiency programme experience Why apply?
