They're keen to speak with an experienced QS who has a strong commercial background and experience within structural steel, architectural metalwork or a related construction sector.

A strong background in Quantity Surveying and commercial management

Experience within steelwork, metalwork or a relevant construction sector

Excellent commercial awareness and cost-control skills

Confidence managing subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts

Strong communication and negotiation skills
