Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1, Commercial, Mixed Use)

You will be joining one of the UK's leading Tier One construction and development businesses, renowned for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the commercial, infrastructure and public sectors. This opportunity will include a landmark £280m commercial development in the heart of the City of London, consisting of premium office space, major MEP installations, Cat A fit-out works, public realm improvements and the refurbishment of a Grade II-listed heritage building.

Your new role
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will join an experienced commercial team and play a key role in the financial management of this flagship development. You will be responsible for supporting package procurement, cost control, subcontractor management and commercial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual obligations. You will work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks, manage subcontract accounts and contribute to the successful delivery of a prestigious London project.

What you'll need to succeed
Over 6 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Tier One /Tier Two Main contractorStrong procurement, subcontract management and cost control experience.
Experience working on large-scale commercial, mixed-use or major construction projects.

What you'll get in return
Depending on your experience and level, you will pay £60-£85K + Package and Benefits
