Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

A consultancy based in Bedfordshire are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Project Management experience to join their team
Your new role
Manage costs for construction projects from £250k to £25m, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with in-house and external teams throughout all project stages. You will be responsible for managing all costs associated with construction projects from initial estimates through to final accounts.
What you'll need to succeed

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in quantity surveying or cost consulting.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and JCT contracts.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and relevant software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
