Permanent position / Monday - Friday / 08:00am – 16:00pm

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client who is recruiting for an Quotation Administrator.

The main purpose of this role is to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the fast-paced PPM Team.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Produce recurring drainage estimates/proposals and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, quickly and efficiently
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site survey information to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Gather and verify costs from suppliers and subcontractors where necessary, maintaining up-to-date records and price lists
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure project alignment
• Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities within proposed works and reflect these in costings
• Follow up with CRM team to check for acceptance, questions, or feedback, and feed information to the Estimating Manager and Sales team

The ideal candidate:

• Willingness to understand and learn the drainage industry.
• Computer literate – Word, excel. Oral and written communication skills.
• A strong team player.
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload.
