Quotation Specialist

As a Quotation Specialist, you'll liaise with customers to understand their product needs, prepare accurate quotations, and convert them into sales orders. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Warehouse teams to support the end-to-end quoting process.

Location: Wokingham
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and review quote requests
• Maintain CRM records and manage quotation workflows
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Analyse customer data and report on SLA/KPI progress
• Support sales team operations and attend team meetings
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitors
• Identify upselling opportunities and assist in process improvements
• Maintain documentation and provide regular performance reports

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with CRM/ERP systems and proficient with Excel
• Background in customer service or quoting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Able to explain technical details to varied audiences
