What the Quotations Estimator job involves

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Review and manage your workload throughout the day to ensure efficiency of quotes produced, taking into account your customer priority lists.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Constantly review your work in progress, raising any anomalies or queries to the commercial team and account management teams.
• Analy s e project requirements and specifications to determine cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and material costs.
• Ensure all estimates are completed within specified timeframes.

Skills required

• Previous experience in an Estimating or Quotations based role.
• Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
• Fully computer literate with MS Office
• Able to learn new systems and processes
• Experience of working with the Manufacturing / Engineering / Printing industry

Other information

• Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Able to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday a year
