Rail Civil Supervisor

Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor
Location: London
Rate: £300 per day - CIS via Umbrella Provider
Contract: 6 months - likely extensions.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 (Occasional Weekend Working)
Looking for a long-term rail infrastructure contract where you can take ownership of a key installation package from day one?
This is an opportunity to join a key rail infrastructure project delivering cable installation and troughing works associated with a substation connection. The project involves the installation of 21 cables, trough routes, and associated civil works within an off-track environment.
The team is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor who can oversee site activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and support the successful delivery of the programme.

- Supervising cable installation and troughing activities
- Overseeing groundworks and associated civil engineering works

- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Supporting site documentation, permits, and reporting requirements
- Maintaining quality standards and compliance throughout delivery
- Liaising with project management and operational teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor within rail or infrastructure projects
- Experience supervising cable route, troughing, or groundworks installations
- Strong understanding of site safety and construction best practices
- SSSTS qualification
- Level C competency would be highly advantageous
