A prestigious Top 10 accountancy practice is seeking an experienced R&D Tax Associate Director to join their expanding Southern region team. This senior strategic appointment will play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's presence across key hubs including Bristol, Reading, Southampton, Gatwick, and Guildford.

You will work directly alongside the R&D Tax Partner, contributing to the growth and leadership of the practice nationally while delivering outstanding client service across a diverse portfolio. As a senior hire, you will be instrumental in shaping the Southern region's R&D tax offering and will have a clear career path towards Director and ultimately Partner level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and build strong relationships with R&D tax clients

• Provide technical leadership and oversee complex R&D tax claims

• Collaborate closely with the national team to ensure regional and firm-wide objectives are met

• Mentor and develop junior team members

• Play a key role in business development and strategy for the Southern region
