What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the preparation and review of complex, multi-entity R&D tax claims.
• Provide expert consultancy services, including innovation strategy, due diligence, and dispute resolution.
• Own and nurture long-term client relationships-identifying new opportunities and managing risk.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality and consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to craft innovative, tax-efficient solutions.

About you

• CTA or ACA qualification, with a strong background advising large or complex businesses on innovation incentives.
• Experience gained in a top-tier professional services firm or similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Commercially aware, with a drive to contribute beyond the technical aspects of tax.
