• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons in Religious Education to students across various key stages.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement with the subject matter.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate cross-curricular themes and to enhance the educational experience for students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school training events, and other professional development activities.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and school-wide religious events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
• Experience teaching RE in a secondary school environment.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and pedagogical strategies in Religious Education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
