Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In Operative / Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Bicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid Reach Truck Licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is looking for a long-term position with great benefits and career development opportunities.

Working Hours

Day Shifts:

6:00am - 3:00pm or
12:00pm - 9:00pmNight Shift:

9:00pm - 6:00amThe Role

As a Goods In Operative / Reach Truck Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring all inbound deliveries are received, processed, and stored accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
Receiving and checking deliveries into the warehouse
Processing delivery paperwork accurately
Logging, signing off and booking stock into the system
Distributing deliveries to the relevant departments
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams
Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe goods-in area
Supporting waste management and general warehouse housekeeping
Following all health & safety procedures at all timesWhat We're Looking For

Valid Reach Truck Licence (Essential)
Previous experience within a warehouse or goods-in environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
Comfortable with manual handling and physical duties
