Payrate: £18.22 per hour PAYE | £23.71 per hour Umbrella

The London Borough of Harrow is seeking a proactive and organised Reactive Maintenance Co ordinator to join their busy Facilities Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys coordinating repairs, managing contractors, and keeping essential services running smoothly.

About the Role:
As a Reactive Maintenance Co ordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all reactive maintenance issues across the council's estate. You'll log, prioritise, and allocate jobs, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and in line with service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Log and manage reactive maintenance requests through the FM helpdesk system
Coordinate contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works
Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
Maintain accurate records within the CAFM system
Communicate with staff and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
Escalate urgent or high risk issues where required

About You:
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience in facilities coordination or maintenance administration
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confidence using FM systems or ticketing platforms
