Everpool Recruitment is working in partnership with Serco to recruit WCA Functional Assessors in Farnborough.
This is an opportunity to transfer your existing clinical experience into a specialist assessment role, using your knowledge, communication skills and clinical reasoning to help assess how health conditions affect an individual's ability to work.

What will you be doing?
As a WCA Functional Assessor, you will assess individuals living with a range of physical and mental health conditions, considering how these affect their functional ability and capacity for work-related activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing medical evidence and gathering relevant clinical information.
Conducting structured assessments with individuals experiencing a range of health conditions.
Exploring the impact of physical and mental health conditions on everyday functioning.
Applying your clinical knowledge and professional judgement to assess functional ability.
Producing clear, accurate and evidence-based assessment reports.
Providing objective clinical information to support the DWP's decision-making process.What's in it for you?

Physiotherapists.Essential requirements:

Full, active and unrestricted NMC or HCPC registration.
At least 12 months' post-registration UK clinical experience.
Relevant experience working with adults.
