As HR Business Partner, you'll be offered lots of autonomy and trusted with real responsibility from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative and high-performing HR team to support a range of departments across fee-earning and business services areas. This is more than just an advisory role and you will be a strategic partner to managers and senior stakeholders, offering pragmatic, commercially aware guidance across the full employee lifecycle. From handling complex employee relations cases to driving initiatives in talent development, wellbeing, and inclusion, you'll have the chance to influence at every level.

You will play a key role in nurturing that, whether by supporting leaders in building great teams, helping new joiners feel welcome and set up for success, or feeding into firm-wide HR projects that make a real difference. There's plenty of scope for learning too -you will work side-by-side with a supportive Head of HR who values curiosity, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
This is an ideal role for someone who's spent several years as an HR Advisor in a professional services environment and is ready to step up into a broader, more strategic position. You will need strong relationship-building skills, a sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. CIPD qualifications would be a plus, but your mindset and capability matter most.
