Your new company

Your new job as a Real Estate Account Handler, will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 10,000+ employees in over 100 countries who prides themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Their specialist and dedicated Global Real Estate & Construction Division comprises of more than 200 Associates - making their integrated team the largest and most established combined Real Estate and Construction team in the London Market. Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division an opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join their team has arisen.

Your new role

Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Handler means you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and European property owners and real estate clients. You will act as a client advocate within the Property team working with an allocation of clients from varying sizes from commercial to large corporate Property accounts. You will respond promptly to account queries, identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with the Account Executive and provide management information as requested. Other duties will include collaborating within the Account Handler community and taking responsibility for delivering results against projects or innovation initiatives whilst also supporting the Account Executive community. Building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of Clients, Insurers, Lawyers and Loss Adjusters.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as an Account Handler handling Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success in securing this role. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to attend external client meetings as when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and who can develop and progress within the business.
