Real Estate Associate - 1PQE (2024)

We are currently seeking an exceptional Real Estate Associate to join our distinguished and growing Real Estate practice, with 1 year post qualification experience (class of 2024). 

The successful Associate would work closely with the Partners on a wide spectrum of high-value and sophisticated transactions. The Real Estate Practice at Fried Frank is a dedicated group of corporate lawyers with deep experience in real estate and integrated access to the firm’s broader global capabilities.

  Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments

  Acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures

  
  


• 
  

  Capital solutions and complex M&A transactions with real estate components

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating with other practices (Real Estate, Tax, Finance, Private Equity) to deliver integrated solutions

  
  

This role offers significant client exposure, teamwork on headline deals, and the chance to support global clients at the intersection of corporate and real estate law.

We are looking for candidates who have 1 year post qualification experience, with strong transactional experience in real estate or related disciplines from a top international law firm.
