A well-regarded real estate team is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate to join their growing practice.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on development projects in the social housing, specialist education, and residential care sectors.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with developers, investment funds, and housing providers, supporting them on:

• Property acquisitions and refinancing transactions
• Commercial lease structuring and related documentation
• Comprehensive due diligence exercises, including title investigations and risk assessments
• Preparing reports to lenders in connection with secured lending matters
• Ongoing asset management work across varied real estate portfolios

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a real estate, development, or commercial property role, either in private practice or within a professional services environment. They will be able to demonstrate:

• Proficiency in handling leasehold and freehold property matters
• Experience with development site acquisitions and title investigation
• Familiarity with affordable housing regulation, including Homes England grant requirements and related contractual frameworks
• An understanding of delivery models used by registered providers for shared ownership, affordable rent, and open market sale
• Knowledge of the specialist education and residential care sectors
