Role Overview:
A leading UK commercial law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team in Leeds. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development matters, supporting top-tier clients across the property sector. This position is ideal for a driven solicitor seeking high-quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

Minimum 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
Experience with landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, and disposals
Exposure to development work (desirable, but not essential – training offered)
Strong technical and commercial skills
Confident managing client relationships
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
Interest in contributing to business development
