They are now looking for a development director to join their team.

Role Description:

Assist Development Managers in ensuring quality control of projects and they are delivered to schedule and budget
Take complete responsibility for some of their smaller projects and support senior colleagues as you gain experience on their major programmes of work.
Update contractual milestones in project systems
Ensure the document plan for the project is in place
Follow up the project progress and inform the main stakeholders of any deviations
Support to Manage Projects, programmes and portfolios from inception to close out.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in development management, particularly in the residential sector aswell as experience of BTR
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential projects, from planning, development to completion.
Strong knowledge of the planning and design process
Significant front end experience
Reliable and trusted
Needs to be commercially aware and excellent in setting up the project
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision making
Proactivity and self-direction
Interpersonal skills
