• Analyse real estate financing opportunities, including reviewing financial models and valuations.
• Prepare detailed credit applications and risk assessments for proposed transactions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate loan portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute financial solutions for clients.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and pitch materials.
