A highly regarded global US law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Legal 500-ranked Real Estate Finance team in London. The group is known for its premium client base, complex structured deals and cross-border mandates that regularly push the boundaries of the market.

You’ll work on some of the most technically challenging and high-value real estate finance transactions in the City, advising lenders and borrowers on investment and development finance, portfolio deals and restructurings. The team is led by Senior Partners recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers for their depth of expertise and market insight.

Your Profile:

• 5 to 7+ PQE with a strong real estate finance background from a leading UK, US or international firm
• Proven experience acting for banks, funds or major borrowers on complex financing structures
• Commercial, pragmatic and detail-oriented – with the confidence to lead on key elements of major transactions
• Strong academics
