Real Estate Finance Solicitor will deal with a broad range of work within the Property Finance Team.

• Acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term finance lenders
• Dual and separate representation
• Bridging and property finance

Profile

• Min 2 years PQE
• Experience in dealing with all aspect of Commercial / Residential Property and Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions.
• Desirable to have experience in bridging finance.
• A strong secured lending / real estate finance legal background
