Real Estate Finance Solicitor or Legal Executive

In this Solicitor role you will handle significant property charging and securitisation transactions for registered providers and for profit registered providers. You will raise funds for their significant development, maintenance and acquisition programmes

What will you do:

• Day to day management of transactions
• Direct client contact
• Work closely with the local & national team including banking and finance colleagues
• Review due diligence, search results and title information
• Supervision of colleagues
• Assist with the application of the firm's AI products to enhance the delivery of service
• Build meaningful client relationships of your own
• Provide support for merger transactions, development and regeneration schemes

You will be supported by and work very closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners (inside & outside of the real estate team) and advise loyal clients including:

• Registered providers
• Institutions
• Local authorities
• Investors

What will you need?

• To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Real estate and/or real estate finance experience
